- Product Description

The butyl stopper has excellent airtightness and chemical inertness, and when it is tightly embedded into the vial mouth, it can effectively isolate the internal serum from the external environment.
First, we select medical-grade borosilicate glass to make the serum vial, ensuring its transparency and stability, then we process the butyl rubber into a matching stopper that fits the vial mouth perfectly. Next, we place the butyl stopper into the serum vial mouth to seal the vial initially, then we cover the flip off cap on the butyl stopper, aligning it with the vial mouth accurately.
after placing the cap correctly, we use the vial crimper to crimp and fix the flip off cap tightly on the vial mouth.
