Sunny flip off cap with multiple process, such as Bridge-type aluminum-plastic cap, petal-type aluminum-plastic cap, circular crimping, spot riveting, rolling crimping and snap-fit assembly, to create aluminum-plastic cap and flip off cap that ensure firm assembly and excellent sealing performance. We combine the aluminum shell and plastic components tightly, preventing loosening.
Manufacture Process
Stamping, injection molding, assembly, riveting & inspection
form process is forming the aluminum shells and plastic parts in order to produce aluminum-plastic caps for pharmaceutical vials. The aluminum stripes that is stamped into cap shells, while medical-grade plastic components are formed by injection molding. These two parts are then automatically assembled and firmly connected through professional riveting to ensure tight fitting and stable structure, then it is completed into a product after being cleaned. customer requirements, printing, color coating and clean packaging can be further applied.

Basic structure of flip-off cap
Composed of three main parts: aluminum shell / flip-off button / sealing disc
Substrate (aluminum shell): thin-gauge aluminum; crimped around the vial neck to hold the entire assembly securely
Flip-off button: polypropylene (PP) or polyethylene (PE) is commonly used; color-coded by product or dosage; designed to snap off cleanly under finger pressure
Sealing disc / liner: bonded to the underside of the button or seated loosely inside the shell; provides a sterilisation barrier over the rubber stopper
