Production Equipment
Ampoule forming
The ampoule forming machine is mainly used to process raw glass tubes into glass ampoules in different capacities and shapes. SUNNY has different forming machines which utilize different mold specifications for different size.
Forming qualified glass ampoule products
The glass tube is conveyed horizontally and clamped stably as it rotates, heated evenly by high-temperature flames to achieve softening, then undergoes bottom sealing, neck drawing and cutting operations to form the blank ampoule.
Ampoule annealing
Ampoule annealing is completed by completed by slowly heating and gradually cooling the formed glass ampoules in a continuous annealing furnace, in which the heating temperature and cooling rate are precisely controlled according to the glass thickness and ampoule specifications.
Sunny factory are able to conduct stable annealing treatment for different sizes of ampoules by means of adjustable temperature zones and controllable conveying speed.
Coating, printing technology
