PET vial trays are widely used in pharmaceutical filling lines, lyophilization processes, visual inspection, cold chain storage, biotechnology, diagnostic reagents, veterinary pharmaceuticals, secondary packaging, and hospital pharmacy applications, owing to their excellent clarity, rigidity, dimensional stability, chemical resistance, and cold chain compatibility.

PP vial trays are widely used in pharmaceutical filling lines, autoclave sterilization processes, aseptic manufacturing, cold chain storage, veterinary pharmaceuticals, and chemical reagent packaging applications, owing to their excellent chemical resistance, high temperature tolerance, autoclave compatibility, and superior moisture resistance.

PVC vial trays are widely used in pharmaceutical secondary packaging, visual inspection, hospital pharmacy dispensing, diagnostic reagent distribution, and general vial storage and transport applications, owing to their excellent clarity, good formability, low cost, and reliable cavity retention performance.

PS vial trays are widely used in laboratory vial storage, diagnostic reagent packaging, sample management, analytical instrument autosampler systems, and non-sterile pharmaceutical secondary packaging applications, owing to their excellent rigidity, high clarity, low cost, and good dimensional stability at ambient storage conditions.

Aluminum mold

is a lightweight, high-precision thermoforming tool with excellent thermal conductivity and fast cycle times. Suitable for standard pharmaceutical vial tray production. Service life: 500,000 to 1,000,000 cycles.

Plaster pattern

is a low-cost, rapidly produced prototype tool used for cavity geometry verification and design iteration before permanent tooling is commissioned. Service life: 100 to 500 cycles.

Copper mold

is a high-durability, high-precision tool with superior thermal conductivity and surface finish, ideal for tight dimensional tolerances and continuous high-volume production. Service life: 2,000,000 to 5,000,000 cycles or more.

1. Scratches on the vial blister tray surface

The quality problem of scratches on the vial blister tray surface is that the flat surface of the film material is scratched, forming a fine groove line, and a bright line can be observed through reflection. Membrane surface scratches can be divided into large-area scratches and intermittent scratches.

There are three reasons for large-scale scratches:

 

 It may be that the guide roller does not rotate.

 If the tension is too small, the speed will be slower.

 Unknown objects directly contact the membrane surface (such as: the corrector falls, etc.)

 

There are two reasons for intermittent scratches:

 

 The oven belt is aged and damaged.

 There is foreign matter on the guide roller.

2. The surface of the vial tray is dirty

There are rubber particles, foreign matter, etc. on the surface of the membrane material, and it is characterized by being erasable. The quality problems caused by the dirt on the vial tray can be checked and analyzed from the following aspects: the guide roller or pressure roller is dirty and not cleaned; the filtration in the oven is not clean; 5S in the workshop is not done well.

3. The Vial Blister tray Is Uneven Stacking Neatly

Uneven stacking is characterized by an uneven horizontal surface after stacking, with visible unevenness. Common causes of uneven stacking include: inconsistent molding cavity depth; worn positioning posts/grooves; improper demolding angle, resulting in localized thinning, deformation, and uneven bottom surface; insufficient vacuum suction or localized air leakage; uneven guide rollers with insufficient support, causing deformation under pressure; premature demolding, resulting in premature sheet settling and rebound deformation after removal, etc.
