It is better to choose tubular vials. Unless it is a large-volume sample, molded bottles will be considered;

it is best to choose bottles with international standard specifications instead of non-standard vials;

vials have a flatter bottom, which can increase heat transfer. However, the flat bottom is not easy for automatic feeding and unloading systems to convey on the belt. At the same time, if the bottom is too flat, the bottle will easily break;

the filling capacity usually does not exceed half of the total capacity; the filling height should not exceed 2 cm. If it exceeds 2 cm, the sublimation resistance will greatly increase, which will lead to a long process time; at the same filling height, The smaller the capacity of the vial, the shorter the sublimation time will be (the heat transfer surface of the bottle wall is larger);

for samples containing Tween, when selecting a vial, you need to experimentally test whether wall climbing will occur;

It is found that broken vials are often caused by vial quality problems. For the same sample, the problem can be solved by changing to a different bottle. Be sure to choose a manufacturer with good and stable quality.
