Our technician lays out four components from the customer's order:

The 3 Most Common Vial Sealing Mistakes (And How to Avoid Them)

 

 

❌ Mistake #1: Mismatched Component Dimensions

 

The problem: Ordering 20mm caps with 19mm stoppers, or 13mm vials with 20mm caps. This happens when customers buy components from different suppliers without checking compatibility specs.
