Usage instructions for the small electric capping machine for 3ml vials:

Place the vial, filled with the material and capped, on the machine tray. The operator should gently hold the vial with one hand, without letting go. With the other hand, lower the capping handle. As the capping head moves towards the cap, the capping knife moves towards the cap. The machine motor starts working.

When the capping head presses the cap tightly, it drives the capping knife to rotate several times to secure the cap. Be careful not to apply excessive downward pressure.

Release the handle to automatically return to its original position. The capping knife returns to its original position, and the machine motor stops working, completing the entire operation process. Repeat the above steps for each subsequent vial cap.
