Precautions for processing pharmaceutical aluminum-plastic composite covers

1. The plastic material should be non-toxic, heat-resistant, water-resistant, with good corrosion resistance and light resistance, after 120 degrees high temperature steam disinfection for 30 minutes (or 130 degrees high temperature steam disinfection for 5 minutes) without deformation, non-fading, and with good secondary heat sealing performance of the material, usually polypropylene.

2. The pharmaceutical aluminum-plastic composite cover should be made of aluminum alloy material, and must be cleaned after stamping, the purpose is to remove the lubricating oil and dust coated on the aluminum during the stamping process. From entering the clean room until entering the packaging box after molding, the whole process should not be touched by hand to prevent pollution.

3. After the cleaned pharmaceutical aluminum-plastic composite cover enters the clean room, in the process of forming the pharmaceutical aluminum-plastic composite cover, the production equipment, where the part that is in direct contact with the aluminum cover or plastic cover, should be made of stainless steel material that is easy to clean, non-toxic and non-polluting.

4. In the stamping process of pharmaceutical aluminum-plastic composite cover, if the breakpoint type or notch type is used, the size of the breakpoint and the depth of the nick should be checked to ensure the stability of the tearing force.

5. In the process of anodizing the pharmaceutical aluminum-plastic composite cover, it should be noted that if the pickling time of the aluminum cover is too long, the thickness of the pharmaceutical aluminum-plastic composite cover will become thinner, the strength will be reduced, and it cannot be used.
