The 505 Lab Lyophilizer is a compact pharmaceutical-grade freeze-drying unit purpose-built for laboratory R&D, formulation development, stability studies, and small-batch pilot production. Vacuum freeze-drying technology, hereinafter referred to as the lyophilization, also called sublimation drying. Widely used in medicine, biological products, chemical and food industry. Its in-situ stoppering mechanism allows vial stoppers to be fully seated inside the closed chamber under vacuum, eliminating the risk of contamination during closure.
