order our 2ml or 10ml glass vials - or provide the dimensional specification: outer diameter (OD), height, shoulder geometry, neck diameter, and cap type. We work from physical samples or spec sheets equally well. No commitment required at this stage

our mold
We calculate the cavity dimensions (+0.25mm per side), inter-cavity walls (≥ 3mm), tray outer dimensions, and box inner clearance (±0.3mm) from vial measurements. A dimensioned drawing is returned for approval within 48 hours. A free sample tray is produced for physical fit verification before production.

ready to ship
Once the sample tray, label, box is approved and the box design proof is confirmed, production begins. Your custom plastic holder, branded paper box, and metal stamp vial labels are produced to the approved specification and shipped - with the same mold available at no re-tooling charge for every repeat order.

Ship 1–2 physical vial samples - or provide the specification sheet (OD, height, shoulder, neck, cap type). If you have an existing tray from another supplier that doesn't fit correctly, send that too - we identify the tolerance issue and correct it in the new mold.

48h engineering drawing + box design proof
We return a dimensioned tray drawing (cavity clearance ±0.25mm, inter-cavity wall ≥3mm, tray-to-box clearance ±0.3mm) and a PDF box design proof within 48 hours of receiving your vial and brief. Review, mark up changes, and approve - or request a revision round.

free sample sets shipped for physical verification
We produce a free sample tray from the first mold run and ship it to you. Load your actual vials: confirm each vial seats without excessive force, no rattle, cap flush with tray surface, and the tray fits your box. Physical verification is the only reliable test - digital drawings don't reveal adhesive, clearance feel, or glass handling quality.

label sample + print proof approved
We produce a printed sample of the metal stamp vial label and ship it with the tray sample. Verify the gold or silver hot-stamp colour on your label background, the adhesive bond on your glass, and the minimum compliance font size. Approve the label sample and the box proof to authorise production.

production run shipped - mold retained, no re-setup free
Production proceeds on approved specification. Trays, boxes, and labels are produced, quality-checked, and shipped. Your mold is retained at our facility for repeat orders - no re-tooling or setup fee on reorders. Design changes are handled as change orders; dimensional changes may require a new mold at reduced cost for existing customers.

1–2 physical vials, or: OD (mm), height (mm), shoulder radius, neck OD, cap type (aluminium crimp, plastic screw, etc.).
Cavity count
How many vials per tray? (1 / 2 / 5 / 10 / custom). This determines the tray and box footprint.
Tray material
PVC (standard), APET (recyclable), PETG (−80°C cold chain for lyophilised peptides), HIPS (premium white surface).
Box + label design brief
Logo (AI/EPS/PDF), brand name, product name, Pantone/CMYK colour references, label stamp colour (gold / silver / both).
Annual quantity estimate
Approximate yearly units - determines dedicated vs. shared cavity mold for best per-unit cost.
Mold re-setup fee - none on repeat orders
Once your custom mold is registered to your account, all repeat orders use the same mold at no additional tooling charge. Repeat orders require only the quantity and any design change instructions - the mold is pulled from storage and runs at standard production cost.

Request a free sample of our standard tray formats - white PVC in 1, 2, 5, or 10-cavity configurations for 2ml or 10ml glass vials. We dispatch via express courier. No obligation to place a production order after receiving the sample. One complimentary sample set per new customer per product category. Custom OEM tray samples are included in the OEM project process (Step 3 of the workflow above).

Request a printed sample of the 2ml vial label sticker with gold or silver hot-stamp finish before placing a production order. The physical sample lets you verify the metallic stamp colour on your chosen label background, the adhesive bonding to your specific glass vial surface, and the legibility of compliance text at minimum font size. Available for all label background colours and stamp finishes.
design proof before production
PDF proof within 48h · approval required
For every custom design order - box, label, or hologram sticker - a full digital design proof (PDF at print resolution) is produced and sent for your approval within 48 hours of receiving your artwork brief. The proof shows all dimensions, colour values, font rendering at minimum size, barcode placement, and regulatory text fields at actual print size. Production only begins after your written approval. No surprises at delivery.
standard samples
All standard product samples (non-custom trays, standard label formats) are shipped free of charge via express courier. Typical delivery: 3–5 business days. One sample set per new customer per product category. No minimum order commitment attached.
custom OEM samples
Custom tray samples from the first mold run are included in the OEM project cost - no separate sample line item. Dimensional revision rounds after the first sample are handled at no charge for corrections within the approved tolerance range.
sample production
Sample approval does not expire. If you place your production order one week or six months after receiving the sample, the same specification applies at the agreed price. No re-setup charge, no re-quoting, no re-approval of unchanged items.
