Why We Open Our Own Molds for Bac Water Vials -
And Why That Matters to You
10ml and 30ml today, whatever size you need tomorrow - because the tooling is built in-house, not outsourced.

Most vial manufacturers will happily sell you a bac water vial in whatever standard sizes are already sitting in their catalog.
Fewer of them can actually build you a new mold when your product doesn't fit one of those standard sizes.
That distinction matters more than it sounds, and it's one of the reasons we open our own molds in-house rather than outsourcing tooling to a third party.
What "Open Our Own Molds" Actually Means
When a factory owns its own mold-making capability, it means new tooling for a custom vial shape or size is designed, cut, and tested on-site - not sent out to a separate tooling vendor and waited on. For a bac water vial, that translates into real flexibility: if your product calls for something outside the standard 10ml or 30ml format, we're not stuck telling you "that's not something we offer." We can design and cut the mold ourselves.

10ml and 30ml - Where Most Bac Water Orders Start
The two sizes we produce most often for bacteriostatic water are 10ml and 30ml, which cover the bulk of use cases we see - from peptide reconstitution and small-batch compounding orders on the 10ml side, to larger diluent volumes and multi-dose applications on the 30ml side.
Both are available in our standard vial formats with matched flip-off or crimp cap closures.

Standard sizes exist because they cover most orders efficiently - but "standard" shouldn't mean "the only option."
Owning our own mold-making capability means the 10ml and 30ml vials you see today aren't the ceiling of what we can produce.

Why This Matters If You Ever Need Something Different
A lot of packaging decisions get made around whatever size happens to be available, rather than the size that actually fits the product best. In-house mold tooling removes that constraint. If a formulation, a dosing schedule, or a branding decision calls for a vial outside the usual range, that's a conversation about design and lead time - not a hard no.
Faster turnaround: No waiting on an external toolmaker's queue.
