1. Workshop environment

2. Production equipment

The future direction is that semi-finished products tend to use vacuum extrusion preforming machines, vulcanization uses group control injection vulcanization units and thick-edged porous molds, high-temperature short-time vulcanization, and microcomputer control of production.
3. Surface treatment and cleaning
In order to prevent low-volatile components and organic substances from precipitating on the surface of the aluminum plastic cover, the surface of the formed aluminum plastic cover must be treated with silicone. Treated aluminum-plastic caps can also improve operation on automatic dispensing machines. The aluminum plastic cover must be cleaned and disinfected after edge flushing, and the water required for cleaning is relatively high. Use distilled water, or at least water that has been treated with a microporous filter membrane with a pore size of 0.65 microns.
