The optics explained
The holographic effect is produced by a diffraction grating - a surface with microscopic ridges spaced at the wavelength of visible light (400–700 nm). When light hits these ridges at a direct angle, it reflects uniformly as silver. When tilted, different wavelengths (colours) are diffracted at different angles simultaneously, producing the characteristic rainbow pattern and revealing the encoded image. Tamper-evident on application
The disposable hologram sticker is engineered to be non-transferable once applied. Attempting to peel the sticker from the vial label or box surface destroys the holographic layer - the sticker cannot be reapplied to another item with the hologram intact. This provides physical tamper-evidence: any sticker that has been removed and reapplied is immediately identifiable as tampered.
Custom image uniqueness
The holographic master (the tool used to produce the diffractive pattern) is unique to each custom design - a logo, text, or pattern that belongs exclusively to your product. Reproducing the exact hologram requires access to the original master or production of a new master, both of which are expensive and time-consuming enough to prevent casual counterfeiting. Custom design orders include exclusive master ownership by the buyer.
