01 dose setting

Clearly marked dial allows precise unit-by-unit dose selection. Tactile click feedback confirms each increment - reducing dosing error at the point of administration.

02 one-click injection

Single-button actuation delivers the full set dose in one motion. Consistent injection force regardless of formulation viscosity or user grip strength.

03 concealed needle

Needle is shielded before and after injection. Reduces needle anxiety, minimises accidental needlestick exposure, and simplifies safe disposal for daily self-administering patients.

ISO 15747-Compliant Custom Printing

Cartridge and pen body printing is produced to ISO 15747 pharmaceutical packaging standards. Custom legends, dosage scales, brand names, and regulatory text can be applied in single or multicolour. Printed surfaces maintain full legibility across the product's intended shelf life.

pharmaceutical packaging print standard

alcohol-wipe resistant

Print survives repeated 70% IPA wipe-down without smearing, fading, or adhesion failure - meeting clinical surface-disinfection protocols

high temperature & humidity stable

Colour and legibility are retained after accelerated ageing in high-temp, high-humidity environments - compliant with ICH Q1A storage stress conditions.

no fade, no bleed

Ink system is formulated specifically for glass and polymer pen surfaces. No migration into the drug product; no visible degradation in use.

applications

built for drugs that require

regular subcutaneous injection

why won't the screw rod move forward?

+

-

The screw rod will only advance after the cartridge holder is correctly installed. Once the cartridge is properly seated, the screw rod moves forward during injection and will not retract during use.

1. Remove the cartridge holder and check that the 3 mL cartridge is fully inserted.

2. Re-attach the cartridge holder, aligning it straight with the pen body.

3. Rotate to tighten until secure, then attempt to advance the screw rod again.

what should I do if the cartridge holder won't attach to the pen?

+

-

This usually means the cartridge is not fully seated inside the cartridge holder. Follow these steps:

1. Check that the 3 mL cartridge is pushed all the way into the cartridge holder - no part of the cartridge should protrude.

2. Hold the cartridge holder and pen body in a straight line before attempting to join them.

3. Rotate the pen body and cartridge holder together to tighten. Do not force - if resistance is felt, realign and try again.

why is the injection priming step important?

+

-

Priming removes air from the needle and confirms that the pen is working correctly before you inject. Skipping this step may result in an inaccurate dose - you could receive less medication than intended.

Always prime before each new cartridge and whenever the pen has not been used for an extended period. A small drop of liquid appearing at the needle tip confirms the pen is ready.

Clears air bubbles from the cartridge and needle

Confirms the screw rod is in contact with the cartridge plunger

Verifies the needle is correctly attached and not blocked

why do I need to prime multiple times after inserting a new cartridge?

+

-

When a new cartridge is loaded, there may be a gap between the screw rod and the cartridge plunger. Multiple priming steps allow the screw rod to travel forward until it makes firm contact with the plunger - at which point medication will flow.

no liquid appears at the needle tip after priming - what should I check?

+

-

1. Check the needle: ensure it is screwed on tightly and the inner needle seal has been punctured on attachment.

2. Check cartridge level: confirm the cartridge still contains medication - an empty cartridge cannot be primed.

3. Try a new needle: the needle may be blocked. Replace with a fresh needle and prime again.

4. Repeat priming: on a new cartridge, up to 6 priming attempts may be needed before the screw rod fully contacts the plunger.
